很多人會有疑惑Why find Olly Steeds?
這要從兩個故事說起
之前在徵選兩位至四川臥龍當熊貓志工，志工還可以免費遊玩體驗當地生活
最後選出一男一女，分別是31歲與28歲
一開始是女生打電話來
父母覺得危險又得知另一位同伴是男性，所以取消去四川當志工的機會
然後男生在獲知另一位女生取消不前往後，也放棄了

公司之前在徵才面試一位工程師，第一次面試覺得不錯，於是有複試的機會
沒想到複試時，爸媽也來到現場想了解兒子的工作內容

這兩個故事讓我深深覺得台灣的年輕人不夠有冒險精神
才會請來35歲就已經探險超過100個國家
又是最年輕的探險家Olly Steeds來激發大家的探險精神

Olly Steeds說
小時候就有好奇心，為了想知道什麼是地心引力
於是拿著磚塊爬上樹，一跳而下，看磚塊跟人哪個先著地
這對一個六歲孩子是件非常危險的事，卻成了一位與眾不同的人

「Adventures are the mark of incompetence」Indiana Jones
I hope my failures and incompetence can become a beacon for all those who also are rubbish at the things they love – with luck and madness, you too can make a life out of it

老實說我一開始不太懂"Adventures are the mark of incompetence"的意思
為什麼探險是無能的代表??
後來我才了解，因為無能，才有探險的可能，同樣一件事做多了就不叫探險
Going to the store is an adventure for a two year old but not for an adult who has been there hundreds of times.

Q&A的時候大家超踴躍舉手的阿，而且Olly Steeds還戴上耳機要聽翻譯
但大家語言程度超好的阿，都用英文發問
